Hotel Spitzberg Garni - Passau

The stay at this hotel was amazing, the location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay.

Hotel is loacted at a very busy street, but we stayed at the back, which was ok. We loved the little outside place of this room.

The place is conveniently located close to the town center and public transportation.

Every member of staff was very-very nice. We spent 3 nights in fairly quiet and well-designed single room on the top floors. Had such facilities, like a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card.

Their staff were not experienced.

Nothing everything was great.

Noisly people in neighbour rooms, they were having a party till 4AM. This can happen everywhere.

This place offers modern and clean rooms with amenities like a private safe, mini bar, and central heating, situated in a great location near the town center and the beautiful surrounding area, right by the Danube river.

Perfectly arranged + just few minutes from town center , calm + quiet , deserves all of the 4 stars!

This hotel is fantastic, my favourite hotel from my 2.5 weeks holidays. It is all very modern, inside a lovely old building. Good location. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.

The rooms were nicely styled and reasonably spacious. All staff members were friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town, grocery store, and city center. I enjoyed the city and the hotel and would love to return.

The location is good -- just a few minutes from the main railway station and the city center. It is also not far from the university. The service is good. The staff is very kind.

The breakfast is a bit small. When guests go to the breakfast a bit later (after 9:00am), often there is no bacon left.

Hotel is located just out of the old town - I would have preferred to be located in old city.

This place is fairly clean, small with a marvelous location close to the old town, offering a great breakfast with good products for all tastes.

This was a great hotel in the City of Passau. Only a short 10 minute walk from the old city center. The staff were both friendly and very accommodating. The facility has been renovated and it shows, everything was nice, clean and in working order. We had a large room on the third floor with a great cross breeze. The breakfast buffet was worth the extra 7e per day--lots of fruit, and Bavarian treats.

We did/do not have any complaints; the Internet was our only inconvenience- only available in the lobby, though the staff was happy to provide us vouchers accommodating our laptop and iPad.

German grundlichkeit. Nothing wrong with that. Electricity collapsed during the night (we did not notice) so computers did not work in the morning, We got the bill by snail mail when we returned from holidays.
